After graduating from California State University, Fullerton, with a degree in Business Administration, and a specialization in Real Estate Finance, Robert J. Feist began his real estate brokerage career in 1994 as a Sales Associate in a national brokerage firm. Feist sold a total of 23 properties in 24 months and was one of the top transactional agents in his office. Feist was able to easily translate this experience to his work at Atlas Hospitality Group.

Now with over 20 years of transactional experience and knowledge, Feist is well positioned to deliver results now and into the future for his clientele. He currently specializes in the representation of Sellers and Buyers of Hotel properties in all parts of California

Feist’s professional experience of transactions completed is extensive. He has represented and sold hundreds of millions of dollars of hotels that range from boutique hotels to Marriott branded hotels all over the State of California and in the Western United States. Feist has been awarded the Atlas Hospitality Group “Deal of the Year” award in 2001, 2004, 2011 & 2013. He has established a foundation of clientele that has experienced continued upward success. He is also very proud to say that he adds new clientele often due to the trust that his clientele has in his abilities to get the job done quickly and professionally in an ever changing and challenging real estate market.
