The recently-renovated Historian Inn offers 35 guestrooms in a two-story building, built in 2000. A large two-bedroom suite with a full kitchen can be used as a manager’s unit and there are three ground-floor retail spaces. The hotel sits along U.S. Route 395 about an hour south of Reno, Nevada, and 20 minutes from South Lake Tahoe.
