Days Inn (Brawley)
Renovated in 2014, the Days Inn offers 80 modern guestrooms. Amenities include wireless internet access and flat-screen televisions. There are two vacant buildings. One could be used as office/reception and has ±4,500 square feet that could be leased to a restaurant operator, the second (±6,000 square feet) could be utilized for special events.
The Days Inn sits off State Route 86/Main Street in Brawley. The motel is convenient to shopping, dining, Imperial Valley College, Sonny Bono Salton Sea National Wildlife Refuge and the Superstition Mountain OHV Open Area.
